National Poetry Month

so April ended two days ago. *sigh* i managed to write a poem every single day! it was so cleansing and i realize how much i love writing. it frees my soul and helped bring me to a new place. i literally laughed, smiled, cried and had epiphanies while writing. i will definitely start writing more often.

poem #30; haiku

happiness is key
it opens the door to change
and locks out evil

poem #29; freewrite

and it was her that i craved when i first woke in the morning
the taste of her lingered on my tongue from last night
as she slept so peacefully next to me i wanted to see if i could wake her up in ecstasy
gently stroking her hair i kissed her neck as i watched her smile from the feeling of my lips
slowly working my way down i traced her nipples with my tongue awakening them as she was now conscious from the dream she was having
she began moaning from the pleasure
i worked my way back to the plate i licked clean last night only to realize i needed a second helping
reaching her ecstasy she clinched into her climax and shook herself back to sleep

poem #28; haiku

the music holds me
it’s rhythm rocks me to sleep
i enjoy it’s touch

poem #27; haiku en español

cuando contigo
yo quiero tus labos
no tus palabras

poem #26; haiku

why are you in love?
i heard that was made for fools
i am no one’s fool

poem #25; haiku

it has been snowing

i might want a snow angel

but i heard they melt

poem #24; haiku

i love her beauty

she makes my daydreams special

i crave her closeness

poem#22; haiku

black and white runs us
color intimidates all
i prefer color

poem #23; haiku

counting time scares me
our time is all too precious
why waste a good thing
